Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the HelloVeeru website and services. HelloVeeru is a brand owned and operated by Trydo Innovations Private Limited. By accessing this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

We provide Fractional CMO services, growth consulting, marketing strategy, sales systems guidance, and implementation support for founder-led businesses. The exact scope, deliverables, and timelines for any paid engagement are defined in a separate proposal or service agreement.

2. Pricing & Payments

Our Fractional CMO & Growth Consulting services start from ₹20,000/month. Final pricing depends on business stage, support level, implementation involvement, and team size. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are due as per the schedule mentioned in the engagement agreement.

3. Refunds

Consulting and strategy fees, once paid for a billing cycle, are non-refundable, as work commences immediately. Any refund or credit terms specific to a project will be set out in the signed agreement.

4. No Guarantee of Results

We bring proven frameworks and experience, but business results depend on multiple factors — market conditions, your product, pricing, sales execution, team, and speed of implementation. We make no guarantees of specific revenue, leads, ROI, or growth outcomes.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information, timely access to required platforms (ads, CRM, analytics), responsive communication, and reasonable implementation support from your internal team or vendors.

6. Intellectual Property

All frameworks, templates, documents, dashboards, and methods (including the MSSA Framework) shared during the engagement remain the intellectual property of Trydo Innovations Private Limited. You receive a limited license to use them internally for your business.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep business-sensitive information shared during the engagement confidential and to use it only for the purpose of the engagement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the fees paid by you for the engagement during the three (3) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with written notice as defined in the service agreement. Fees for work already delivered remain payable.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
